Test Flash : If you have the Flash player already installed in your computer, you will see its version type and number below.

If the player does not appear below, you most likely do not have Flash Player installed. Please follow our instructions for downloading and installing Flash Player.

The Flash Player can be downloaded for free. Make sure that you upgrade to the latest version to get more security updates. This will ensure that your Flash Player is working properly:

1/ Visit the Flash Player download site: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
2/ Click the yellow Agree and Install Now button.
3/ Follow the instructions below for your operating system and browser.

Windows / Firefox:

1/ After clicking the Agree and Install Now button, a dialog box will appear asking you where to save the Installer.
2/ Save the Installer to your desktop, and wait for it to download completely.
3/ An Installer file with the file name install_flash_player.exe will appear on your desktop. Double-click on it.
4/ You may be prompted to close open browser windows to continue with the installation.
5/ You can verify the version you have installed by visiting the About Flash Player page.

Windows / Internet Explorer:

1/ Depending on your security settings, you may see a Security Warning dialog box. Click Install to install the ActiveX control for Internet Explorer.
2/ When the installation is complete, you will see the Adobe Flash Player logo and text.

Macintosh:

1/ After clicking the Agree and Install Now button, if a dialog box appears, follow the instructions to save the installer to your desktop.
2/ Save the Installer to your desktop, and wait for it to download completely.
3/ An Installer file with the file name Adobe Flash Player.pkg will appear on your desktop. Double-click on it.
4/ Read and click through the dialog boxes. You will be prompted to close all open browser windows to continue with the installation.
5/ When the Install button appears, click it to install Adobe Flash Player into your browser's plug-ins folder.
6/ You can verify the version you have installed by visiting the About Flash Player page.
